An undefeated team from a major conference should never be ranked below a team it beat (or any team with a loss or more), especially 25 games into the season. One, in fact moved ahead of me after beating another highly ranked team. And it wasn't as if those teams started ahead. My undefeated team ranks behind teams I beat, even handily. Sometimes the voice-over doesn't match what's going on. ![]() The computer gets whistled for hardly any fouls, which is frustrating. Even if you hold your ground (draw a charge) or press no button the computer forces your controlled player to make a play on the ball, which usually ends up being a foul. Most opposing teams shoot an unreal field goal percentage, often around 70%. Erin Andrews only talks when you match the objectives for the game, and even that's not enough, especially since her voicings are an advertised feature. Computer-controlled teammates play abysmal defense, even on lower difficulties. There's some lag at times, typical of EA's games, especially on the Blake Griffin load-screens and the intro to games. The graphics are pretty good, as are the stat overlays and general "TV feel." The college basketball atmosphere is captured well. Game AI is better than past games, but it would be nice to see the AI learn from my consistent offense and defenses. I can't give this an "excellent" rating because the presentation is way too repetitive. I haven't tried online play, but it did find rivals of the team I selected, so it appears it works fine. I'd rather get to the main dynasty menu with the option of shooting around if I like. They keep sending me back to the single guy shooting hoops on a court after the game is done. I'm not really liking the menu system though. Buildings are fairly accurate to some extent. Both are repetitive but since the CBS portion is new, my guess is they didn't record as much dialog as ESPN had done over the years because they keep saying the same thing over and over. ![]() You get to choose which one calls your game. This year, they added CBS broadcaster play-by-play to the existing ESPN voices. Overall, improvements are made each year that make it attractive to purchase.
